Chamber Stamp Service

If a document requires a Chamber of Commerce stamp to complete the legalization process, the U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) provides this service to verify authenticity and ensure compliance with UAE consular standards.

Corporate, commercial, or notarized documents intended for use in the United Arab Emirates that have undergone prior authentication at the state or federal level.

Process

  1. Document Review – USACC reviews the document to confirm eligibility for the Chamber stamp.

  2. Stamp Application – The official U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce stamp is affixed to certify authenticity.

Submission / Return – If the document is being submitted for further legalization at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, it is sent accordingly, and the finalized document is returned to the applicant.

How to Submit

To request the Chamber stamp, please prepare:

  • The document already authenticated at the state or federal level.

  • A completed Service Request Form, clearly indicating “UAE” as the destination country.

  • A Check or Money Order for the service fee, made payable to “U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce.”

  • A Prepaid Return Envelope with a tracking number (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS).
