US Department of State Authenticated Document

If your document has already been authenticated by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) can assist in obtaining final legalization from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C. Additionally, the Chamber of Commerce stamp can be applied if required to ensure full acceptance of the document in the UAE.

Corporate, personal, or commercial documents that have already been authenticated by the U.S. Department of State and require final legalization for use in the United Arab Emirates.

Process

  1. Verification – USACC verifies the existing U.S. Department of State authentication seal on your document.

  2. Embassy Legalization – The document is submitted to the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates for final legalization.

  3. Chamber Stamp – If requested, USACC affixes the official Chamber of Commerce stamp for validation and eligibility in the UAE.

Return to Applicant – The legalized document is returned to the applicant securely.

How to Submit

To proceed with final legalization, prepare the following:

  • The document already authenticated by the U.S. Department of State.

  • A completed Service Request Form, clearly indicating “UAE” as the destination country.

  • A Check or Money Order covering the total fees, made payable to “U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce.”

  • A Prepaid Return Envelope with tracking (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS).
