Documents Already Certified by Secretary of State

If your corporate or personal documents have already been certified by the local Secretary of State, the U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) can assist with the remaining stages of authentication to ensure your documents are fully compliant for use in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

USACC coordinates with the U.S. Department of State for authentication, followed by final legalization at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C. Additionally, the Chamber of Commerce stamp can be applied upon request to certify authenticity and validate the documents for UAE authorities.
